Music Director Ghibran is setting his music free ‘literally’ !!!
The emerging musical genius Ghibran has been fine-tuned by none other than Padma Bhushan Kamal Haasan with back to back projects starting from Uttama Villain, Papanasam, Thoongavanam and Vishawaroopam II. Graduating from ‘Ulaga Nayagan’s school of thoughts, Ghibran has initiated a grand process of travelling across the globe to promote the songs of the romantic musical comedy movie Chennai 2 Singapore. The movie is directed by Abbas Akbar, a debutante director, produced by Comicbook Films India Private Ltd and backed by Media Development Authority of Singapore. The movie stars fresh newcomers, Gokul Anand and Anju Kurian. This rapidly growing film is expected to storm the musical charts with it’s six eclectic array of songs.
The unit was excited and fueled to the challenge when Kamal Haasan expressed his wishes for the team’s innovative musical launch attempt where they are going to drive from Chennai to Singapore, passing through six countries. And with each country, they will be releasing each song from the album. Kamal Haasan compared the attempt with Tamil kings who invaded other countries and made their way to Singapooram or today’s modern Singapore. He also wished Ghibran a grand success on the possibility of a Guinness happy wheels record.
