Director Vijay started his direction for Kridam and followed by Madarasipattinam which gave a good name to him, Later he diected many movie, Thalaiva, Thandavam Saivam & Edhu enna Naayam. The love was developed between Amalapaul & Vijay when happy wheels Amala Paul was acting in his direction for Deviva Thirumagal & Thalaiva. Amalapoul was introduced in movie Veerasekaran and than acted in Sindhusamaveli, Mayna, Thaiva, Deivathirumagal, Vellai Illa Pattadhari and latest in Amma Kanakku.
Vijay family was not interested Amala to act, but Amala has decided to act their came the misunderstanding between Vijay and Amala Paul, So they mutuly decided to get divorce. Vijay lives with his father and Amala stays alone in seperate house.
