Criketer Srikanth attened Skill India Week
The Honorable Prime Minister of India has initiated Skill India Mission in line with Digital
India, Make In India, Swatch Bharat etc., Ministry of skill Development &
Entrepreneurship(MSDE), DGT Chennai Unit (ATI, CTI, RDAT & NIMI), Government of
India, , CTI Campus, Guindy Industrial Estate, Chennai-600 032 has initiated the Skill India
Week celebrations from 11/07/2016 to 15/07/2016 for promoting awareness for the public on
various activities initiated under MSDE.
The above said celebrations was inaugurated by Guests of Honour Sri. Krish Srikkanth
(former Indian Cricket Captain) and Sri. C. Gobinath (Vijay TV fame), and Special invitees
Sri.K.Muthu Kumar, IIS, Addl. Director General/PIB Chennai, Dr.Md.Nayeemur Rahman,
Director, Dr.MGR University, Chennai & Sri.Ravi, Regional Director, NIOS, Chennai at
11.00AM on 11.07.2016 at the CTI MULTI PURPOSE HALL.
The program started with a prayer followed by the lighting of the Lamp and Welcome address.
Shri.R.Senthilkumar, Director, ATI, Chennai delivered a Key note address regarding the Skill
Development activities of the MSDE, GOI and our unit.
Sri. Krish Srikkanth emphasized the need for becoming an entrepreneur instead of seeking for
job employment in his inspiring speech.
Shri.C.Gobinath hilighted the need for skill training for becoming employable in his motivational
speech.
Trainees of ATI, CTI, Invitees, Officers and Staff of ATI, CTI, NIMI & RDAT numbering
around 400 attended this function. The function ended with a Vote of thanks.

Venue : Open Ground in front of the CTI Main Building
15.07.2016 Relay of PM Program from New Delhi (Tentative) & Valedictory Function
Aspiring candidates / Students of both Engineering and non Engineering, Arts & Science,
unemployed youths are expected to participate in the job fair & apprenticeship spot registration
program in order to get the benefit of being placed by various companies.

நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்களாக இந்திய கிரிக்கெட் அணியின் முன்னாள் கேப்டர் ஸ்ரீகாந்த், நீயான நானா புகழ் கோபிநாத் ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
நிகழ்ச்சியில் உயர்நிலை தொழிற்பயிற்சி நிலையத்தின்(Advanced Training Institute) இயக்குநர் செந்தில்குமார் குத்து விளக்கு ஏற்றி வைத்துப் பேசினார்.
பிஐபியின் கூடுதல் இயக்குநர் எஸ் முத்துக்குமார், டாக்டர் எம்ஜிஆர் பல்கலைக் கழகத்தின் இயக்குநர் டாக்டர் முகமது நயிமுர் ரகுமான், NIOS மண்டல இயக்குநர் ரவி உள்ளிட்டோர் நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்றனர்.
மத்திய பயிற்சி நிலையம், உயர்நிலை தொழிற்பயிற்சி நிலையம், NIMI, RDAT ஆகிய நிறுவனப் பணியாளர்கள் 400-க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் நிகழ்ச்சியில் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
முகாமுக்கு வந்து பங்கேற்றவர்களுக்கான பணி நியமன ஆணை நாளை முகாமில் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
